Rother Valley Organics

The Brief:  Rother Valley Organics was one of the first organic meat companies to boast that its meat is treated humanely and by selling it direct to customers’ doors it went from pasture to plate. What they needed was marketing initiatives including branding, collateral and web design to reflect its high quality product.

Solution: By producing a regular consumer newsletter Blackchilli realised that this would promote the Rother Valley Organics brand, the products it offers and raise awareness amongst both existing and new customers; thus reinforcing brand awareness and loyalty.  Rother Valley Organics also needed to improve its brand image so BlackChilli created a new, sleek look to its packaged food range reflecting the high quality of the products.

Result: Rother Valley Organics saw new sales increase and found that customers return time and again to purchase its quality organic meat. The new packaging design also allowed them to introduce its products to a wide range of farm shops, creating additional demand and gain positive response from customers.
