The Brief: A significant international player when it comes to sourcing and delivering speciality chemicals, pharmaceuticals and an array of other commodities around the globe, Gapuma needed to refresh its brand and improve how customers and peers perceive it.
Solution: In addition to implementing a revamp of the existing corporate brand, a completely new website was designed and built. With a people oriented focus the website now details Gapuma’s key product and service areas in a concise corporate style plus delivers hierarchical product information but in a simple and highly visual way.
Detailed brand guidelines were also developed and distributed to all Gapuma’s international offices so that the new approach could be effortlessly applied to other areas of the business plus ensure a consistent approach is maintained.
Result: The new corporate approach was subsequently independently evaluated and the perception amongst competitors and customers was that Gapuma was a now regarded as a more professional, significantly larger and more diverse organisation. The new website also helped attracted a measurable number of new customers and turnover amongst existing clients say a significant increase. Job done!
